Séance stop sucre faite depuis 3 semaines J’étais complètement accro à en manger tous les jours. Les soirs surtout devant la TV et depuis j’en ai plus envie du tout

Très bon accueil, écoute et conseils. Fumeuse (10 cigarettes/jour en moyenne) depuis des dizaines d’années. Arrêt total du tabac depuis 3 semaines, plutôt bien géré. La volonté, le déclencheur de la séance avec laser addict, un peu de mental et je croise les doigts pour la suite. Je recommande !
